razer synapse 2.0 not verifying acct problem on mac

no clue honestly it’s been about a day since i bought my mouse and attempted to verify my account, im 80% sure the problem is the software, so how do i fix this?

      Im having the same problem, it used to work but my computer had to be wiped, and downloading back the razer 2.0 software gets me stuck on this screen as well when i attempt to log in.
