Razer synapse 2.0 not working

I have a Razer keyboard and use synapse 3.0, and as of recently bought Razer Kraken headphones and I need 2.0 for the headphones to work correctly. 2.0 only allows me to login and have it update but will not open fully. I’ve reinstalled it nearly 10 times. Any advice would be appreciated.
