I've recently gotten a new m1 mac and was trying to connect my mouse and keyboard to razer synapse. However, although razer synapse is able to open, it can't detect my devices. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling razer synapse, but it doesn't work. Does anyone know whether razer synapse 2.0 works on an m1 mac? Thanks.

The Razer Synapse 2.0 is compatible up until Mac OS version 10.14. As of now, Synapse 3.0 will work on Windows operating systems. We don't have an official word when will the newer version of Mac OS be supported. I suggest sending feedback to our devs via the Razer Synapse option under the settings or by clicking this link.
