Razer synapse 2.0 repair tool error

Dear Support. I have had problems with the 500 and 1000 polling rate. To try fix this, i uninstalled and deleted the razer folder in my program files. Reinstalled razer synapse 2.0 frok the site to see if it fixed my problem (it didn't, but caused more problems). I kept getting errors that my synapse needed to update files, but said the source couldn't be found. After pressing cancel instead, the razer synapse was installing, but after closing and reopening the app, i still kept getting the same error. After a restart, i got promt to press yes/no on RzUnlockAgent, Since it was from Razer, i thought it was needed, so i pressed yes. Cuz i think it was for accessing to my cloud settings. But yet again, i got the same error after closing and reopening the app. At this point i was totally done and uninstalled it again, deleted the Razer folder in my program files onces again and restarted my pc. Cleaned all windows caches afterwards to fully clean everything. I replugged my mouse, and got the pront to instal Razer synapse. At this point i was just hoping this would do a proper install, and yes. It worked without problems. But at thia point, i am just paranoid about the RzUnlockAgent and the repair tool errors. Can someone tell me what exactly is the RzUnlockAgent? And if i have to worry about accepting it on the older installation before removing synapse 2.0? P.s. I did not receive any error messages nor RzUnlockAgent promt with my last installation by replugging the mouse.
