Razer Synapse 2.0 settings reset everytime it is restarted.


I had been holding off on this issue, hoping that when I reinstall Windows (Which I just did) it would fix itself. But frustratingly, this is not the case. I have a Kraken 7.1 V2 for which i need to use Synapse 2.0. My settings just do not save anymore, whether I am offline or online. Everytime the software is restarted, the settings return to default values and I have to calibrate and set my settings to my preference. Razer support is not responding to my email I sent over 10 days ago. Please someone give me a solution

Thank you for responding ❤️ but no worries, I posted this before I had gotten a response from official support and they are helping me with my ongoing issue. I should probably have deleted this thread. Sorry again, for wasting your time ❤️
