I need to use the razer synapse software to turn off the acceleration on my mouse, but I can't because it has been giving me the error for the past 12 hours. I am using a fresh install of windows 7 and had never tried using razer synapse on it, so that could have something to do with the problem. I have even tried creating a new account just to see if it would solve the problem, but nay, it was in vain. What do I do?

    Do you have a firewall or antimalware running in the background? If so, please disable them temporarily and try again. Shoot me a PM if the problem persists so I can help you further isolate the issue.
