Hello. I recently purchased the Razer Ornata Chroma Gaming Keyboard, the Razer Mamba Elite Wired Gaming Mouse, and the Razer Firefly Hard V2 RGB Gaming Mouse Pad. I installed the Razer Synapse 2 software on my 2019 MacBook Pro 15-inch. The installation went successfully. However, I am stuck at the "Allow system software from Razer USA LTD" step. Whenever I click on that link to open up System Preferences, the preferences windows opens up, but there is nothing to click. As a result, I cannot change my keyboard and mouse settings. I have included some screenshots of what I see whenever I open the Razer Synapse software and click the green link. If someone has some idea on how to fix this, I will really appreciate it. Thank you so much.

Please note that Synapse 2.0 for mac only supports up to macOS version 10.14. The software also does not support the Mamba Elite and the Firefly V2. Please refer to our list of supported devices on Synapse 2.0 for macOS.

Nothing there
Halloxe
Nothing there :/
That's because support has been dropped since 10.14.x
If software support is a requirement, return the hardware. The official policy is that all future support will be through Synapse 3.0 for Windows only. The labeling on the box is old (at best), if not outright fraudulent.
