Razer Synapse 2 issue

I am currently using a MacBook air so I downloaded the razer synapse 2 software. I am new to all of this so sorry if the answer to fix my issue is obvious.

I have the Razer Deathadder Essential mouse. I registered my product but razer synapse always says "please connect a razer synapse enabled device." I tried look for this issue in the FAQ, yahoo, and on youtube but I can't find any solutions. I also tried redownloading the program and updating it but the same message always pops up. I bought this mouse so I could edit the dpi so this is really frustrating. I made sure this mouse was compatible with mac beforehand- hoping I wouldn't run into any problems. Please help!

Hey Support, I am having exact same problems as Violet (above). What is the fix to get my Synapse 2.0 (with upgraded software for MacBook) to recognize my Naga Pro?

I have a 2014 Naga that was working on synapse, but now when I plugged in my new Kiyo Pro webcam for the first time I started getting this problem too. I have two "working" razer products plugged in but synapse 2.0 still says "Please connect a razer synapse enabled device"
