i have a problem with my synapse 2 recently ( the headphone that i'm using is kraken 7.1 v2)

so that one day suddenly when i close my synapse and relaunch it again , the mixer tab is not showing any programs

i've tried plugging in and out my headphones many times still doesn't work

i've also tried uninstall and reinstall synapse twice but still doesn't help at all

if anyone has the same problem and has the solution , kindly helps me
