Razer Synapse 2 stopped seeing my mouse and keyboard


Hi, After recent Windows updates (I suppose), Razer Synapse 2 application has stopped seeing my connected devices: Razer DeathAdder Elite and Razer DeathStalker Chroma. After logging into my account, a window appears with three options: - register your Razer product warranty - visit Razer store - view compatible devices Nothing more can be done. I tried to reinstall the application and drivers, to no avail. Please help.

I'm stuck in the same situation, I've tried reinstalling razer synapse, updating drivers, but nothing has worked so far. If I come up with a solution, I'll let you know.

The same problem here, any solution ?

Unfortunately, the problem has not been resolved, and technical support suggests reinstalling the entire system. The problem is definitely related to their application ...

Ja bei mir auch,das kann doch nicht angehen das man Windows neu machen soll! Die machen es sich ja leicht. Kopf in den Sand stecken???
