Every time I try to update the razer synapse 2 to use my Tartarus Chrome, I am told I don’t have an internet connection. There was a similar issue posted a year ago, I downloaded all of the Microsoft C++ I was missing but I am still getting the “No internet” error. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there a work around of some kind if I have it updated on another computer and can bring the update installer over to this PC?

Also, the previous post mentioned something about getting the logs from the Synapse, how does one do that?
