I have a tartarus v2 when I use the macro key without synapse 2.0 on mac it does not register the command the option to record the macro is disabled system mac os catalina 10.15.6

    Another copy&paste, because too many of these threads are unanswered. If software support is a requirement, and it's not too late, return the hardware. The official policy is that all future support will be through Synapse 3.0 for Windows only. The labeling on the box is old (at best), if not outright fraudulent.
