Razer Synapse

Hello guys, I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 and I'm having some issues with the THX feature on the software... https://i.imgur.com/4Tw0eh5.png please check out the link above showing the issue which I'm experiencing, the issue becomes fine after a fresh reinstall, but reverts to the same thing after a short amount of time... audio mode profiles become blank, no longer showing and also I'm able to find apps and click add, but it does nothing, they don't appear on the software... at some points I've even come to the software to find the THX disabled... however I've been making use of the THX output on windows, as follows... https://imgur.com/v9aOKD0.png does this suggest that the feature is working correctly regardless? and there's a bug with the software? and how could I possibly solve it please... thanks!
