I recently bought a razer viper to replace my Deathadder elite and while it picks up on the deathadder it wont find the viper no matter what. I have gone through and deleted and reinstalled the synapse and drivers and have done everything that has been put in support how can i fix this???

I've tried all of those including deleting and reinstalling drivers none which seemed to work only way it worked was on my laptop
and the only thing i need to do is disable the right side buttons since i grip my mouse with my pinkie against one of them
