Razer Synapse 3.0


I'm having a problem with Synapse 3.0. It's not opening! I did clean uninstall-reinstall many times and still, nothing worked. Synapse 2.0 is working fine but my device is not supported. I followed the video tutorials on how to fix it but no help. Please!

Are you connected to a company network or VPN? If yes, please disable or join another internet source and see if the issue persists. You may want to check your anti-virus or firewall settings too.

Nope, I'm using regular fiber internet at home. I already did that and nothing worked.

Gather the Synapse logs from your PC by following the steps here. Upload the files to google drive and PM me the link so I can start a case and forward your concern to the relevant team.
