Razer Synapse 3.0 Broken?

Hi there, to get to the point quickly I have a lot of Razer chroma products all plugged into the new Razer Thunderbolt dock (goliath, viper elite, black widow lite), feeding into a my new Alienware M15 R4. With Synapse installed I get random disconnects on each item every few seconds, when I uninstall Synapse everything works fine, although the chroma is all over the place, each item just cycles through colours randomly its very annoying. I have uninstalled / repaired, reinstalled Synapse 3.0 now... 15 times and the same thing happens. I plugged in my old 1070 razer blade, same thing. Can someone point me towards a link to a more stable version maybe because at this point I finally have a full setup I love, but 1 piece of software is ruining it for me :(. Many thanks in advance.

    I'm having a similar issue, Huntsman Elite, Mamba Elite and Goliathus Chroma are connected to a usb hub that allows me to quickly change between my desktop and 2070 Razer Blade with a press of a button. Keyboard, mousepad and mouse randomly disconnect, rgb flickers and the mouse goes about a minute frozen with the lights on, until it comes back. The usb hub (5v externally powered, 3.0 capable, connected to a 3.0 port, if important) is not the problem since the laptop doesn't have this problem while connected to the same hub. When I close Synapse the problem goes away. Plus, I tried connecting directly to my desktop and no changes. I even reinstalled Windows. I also tried uninstalling the devices from devices manager and rebooting, but still not fixed. Both my desktop and laptop have Synapse updated to version 3.6.515.51215

    Sorry to hear that pal, have you found a fix yet? I found mine... I sold my Viper and Widow, got myself a GPRO and ROG 65%, synapse only now has to run the hub and mouse matt so seems to be able to handle that ;). A crying shame really, I tried to contact Razer here, via email and Reddit help forums, submitted synapse logs and got no reply so finally had enough and got some gear that works.

    I'm still hoping for a solution on future Synapse updates... It's weird how it all works fine on my Blade 15 since it's all exactly the same. If I get a fix I can let you know, but for now I'm just waiting for updates on Synapse. I do want to change my Huntsman since the volume wheel is completely useless for some reason and it was one of the main reasons why i bought it.. My guess is that there's some sort of problem between Synapse and Windows while controlling the usb devices, but who knows... It's worth mentioning that all my peripherals firmware is up to date.
