Razer synapse 3.0 freezing my Naga trinity

I have tried the same things as the person with the mamba like I even tried reinstalling windows cause I thought it was an issue with my pc but it has been only 2 years since I got my Naga and huntsman elite but now it freezes my mouse and keyboard and yesterday I had to just restart my pc to be able to use it cause my keyboard was doing some weird hotkeys to open file explorer and was spamming dededede ect. I had this same issue with the older naga where the sensor was just freezing but bought the trinity thinking it wouldnt happen no more now I see so many people having the same issue if I can be helped sorting this out it would be amazing cause I cant even use my mouse to navigate through my pc let alone game...
