Hasnt worked since a year ago, once it updated it stopped working.



Completely reinstalling hasn't worked.

Updating Synapse 3.0 only worked a week ago but still doesn't open.

Restarting my PC hasn't worked.

Updating my PC hasn't worked.

Updating Drivers hasn't worked



Idk what to do anymore.

For starters, you should try to repair the app via Programs and Features>Synapse 3>Uninstall>Repair. If that doesn't help, you may want to try to perform a clean installation of Synapse following the guide provided here.
