Razer Synapse 3.0 Slowed Naga Button Responsiveness

Until a few weeks ago, I only had a naga chroma and black widow ultimate tournament edition. As these were the only devices I had, I was still using razer synapse (I dont think I ever had 2.0, I think its 1.0 but I do not know). Either way, I recently bought a Nari and was required to download 3.0. Ever since I had 3.0, my mouse button remaps have taken too long to respond. I rebound my mouse sensitivity buttons to forward and back, and in another profile i changed the number buttons to keyboard functions. Sometimes they work perfectly fine, but occasionally pressing the button will do nothing for 5 or more seconds. (the delay never affected left or right clicking) To solve this issue I need to unplug my mouse and plug it in again. After doing so, the buttons should work fine for at least another 10 minutes before delay issues appear again.



I never had this issue before synapse 3.0, forcing me to believe this is an issue with synapse. I am unable to uninstall the older synapse as my keyboard is not supported in 3.0 either and it seems there is no way to force my mouse to be registered on the older synapse instead of 3.0.



If anyone has any insight on what may be causing this button delay please let me know.
