I can't seem to find a solution for this but when creating another profile for Fortnite for my Huntsman TKL and Goliathus Mouse Mat, it doesn't want to switch to the Fortnite profile. Even if I change it manually and come out of the game, shouldn't also go back to the default profile?



Please help as game profile switching doesn't seem to work.



In addition when i check the game link path, this is what I see:

D:\\Games\\Epic Games\\Fortnite\\FortniteGame\\Binaries\\Win64\\FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping_BE.exe



If I restart the Razer Synapse it is this: (which should be the correct path)

D:\\Games\\Epic Games\\Fortnite\\FortniteGame\\Binaries\\Win64\\FortniteClient-Win64-Shipping.exe



When you launch the game, it changes the link again to the "_BE" version.



At this point the profiles doesn't work.
Wow no one has any profile issues with Fortnite?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. That's odd. Have you updated the Razer Synapse 3.0 from the recent firmware patch? Should you still have the issue, please submit a case or send me a PM.

Sorry where can I get the firmware patch? Was it release recently?
There seems to have been an update for Razer Synapse and this still doesn't work. What is going on? Anyone else have this issue?
This should not be resolved. At least for the latest version that I have updated to it has been fixed. The version I'm currently on is 7.3.31.164 for reference.
