Razer Synapse 3 and USB3.0 Hubs+Ports

Hello there,

I'm struggling with following setup:

-Blackwidow Chroma v1

-Mamba Hyperflux

If I use an USB3.0-Hub on any usb port (does not matter if 2.0 or 3.0) the razer mamba hyperflux frequently just shuts off and does not respond for a minute or so. Sometimes the keyboard backlight just shuts off but it remains usable.

This only happens when using Razer Synapse 3 with an USB3.0-Hub. If plugged in directly the Razer devices work with no problems!

I tried 3 different USB3.0-Hubs two of them can be active powered (which I did with a power supply 5V@2A).

Since the Mamba Hyperflux does this every few minutes I measured the USB-Power when this happens:

Normally the Hyperflux operates at ~0.33-0.35A at 5V and ~3.10-3.19V (data+ lane). If I plug in the keyboard into the hub the amps (despite having the hub active powered by 2A which should suffice to fully power 4 usb ports) drop frequently to ~0.31-0.35A. I'd guess that this is causing the device to hang at random periods because it doesn't get enough power. Since I'm using a dockingstation-like setup where the notebook is at the corner of my pretty huge desk and all cables are hidden inside it. I don't want to have them directly attached to the notebook.

Like I said it happened with 3 different hubs and the frequency in which this happens is totally random and only when the devices are in use.

I have tested many devices including usb-powered hdds and sticks which are very power hungry and only the Razer peripherals do this. I read on reddit and other sources that I'm not the only one with this issue. That's why I'm asking:

Are there any tested USB3.0-Hub which work with multiple Razer peripherals at once? I don't want put more money down the drain buying more surprise bags.
