I've tried on multiple computers and when I connect my wireless Nari headset it works fine until I install the synapse. once the synapse is installed it starts crackling and it is deafening. I would like to use the synapse for my other things but I can't use it because it breaks my headset. Is there a way to remove the Nari from the synapse until they figure out how to fix this? Unless Razer is becoming like apple and purposely breaking your stuff to force you to upgrade. Its getting to the point that i just want to get a different headset from another company.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you tried reinstalling the drivers of your headset? Please update the device's driver here. Also, you can repair the Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps from this link and see if it helps.
