Razer Synapse 3 Can't Configure Buttons

I installed Razer Synapse 3 via Razer software support but I can't seem to configure buttons. The software alerts me that I need Razer Synapse is needed to configure buttons. Weird since I'm using Razer Synapse. How can I resolve this? Thanks in advance

    Does this apply to all buttons or just the left and right scroll clicks? Do you mind putting up a short clip of you trying to change keybinds?
