With Synapse 3 running, I get constant static/crackling noise coming from my speakers. It does the same thing if I plug in a headset. Doesn't matter if it's a usb headset, 3.5mm headset, or my studio reference monitors. The ONLY way I have found to solve this is to completely exit the synapse 3 software. However, what's the point in having razer products if I can't control the lighting?
I've seen other threads that mention the THX service being the issue, however I do not have the THX service. I do not have an audio tab at all in my Synapse software and I do not have any registry keys for anything THX related so that solution will not work for me.
What I've tried:
- Reboot
- Re-install synapse
- Updating windows
- Updating all drivers
- Installing different audio drivers
- Disabling all effects related to sound
- Removing ALL modules except chroma connect and chroma studio
- Re-installing windows
There is one 'solution' that I've discovered. If I disable my graphics card and then re-enable it, the problem goes away until the next reboot. However, this is highly annoying and I do NOT consider it a viable solution.
