Razer Synapse 3 does not detect my RAZER KRAKEN V3 X USB so the audio and mic are working. The Synapse 3 detects my keyboard(BLACKWIDOW V3) and mouse(BASILISK V3) but KRAKEN V3 X USB is not detected. I try these things but still have not detected. 1. I try to change connect to another laptop it detected but not detected on my laptop. 2. check update, modify and re-install Synapse 3. 3. Connect directly to my laptop, try to connect every USB port on my laptop. 4. Use the Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool. 5. re-install my os(windows 10 64 bit) 6. re-install sound driver(kraken v3 x) 7. register my product. **i have no idea to fix it.

Unplug your headset and uninstall Synapse, then use this tool to remove drivers/leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj After this, reboot your PC and install Synapse again (as administrator), when Synapse is installed, plugin your headset again (be sure it's plugged in directly into USB 3.0 port or above).

Same issue, also used the tool, reinstalled Sypnase 3, 3 times, changed port (USB 3.0 both), no idea how to fix it, DeathAdder is detected. Got a MSI Katana Laptop
