Razer Synapse 3 doesn't open

A few weeks ago my synapse stopped working. Uninstalled it, haven't been able to open it since. I have reinstalled the program countless times, reinstalled device drivers, tried other computers, turned off virus and threat protection, clean installed it and it still won't open. the program is visible in the task manager but doesn't actually open. When I start synapse, there is an invisible icon that once I try clicking on disappears. I have no idea what else to try, I would appreciate any help.
