Razer Synapse 3 "Failed to start"

I have done just about everything I can think of to get this software to launch, four separate clean installs, uninstalled all razer devices and reinstalled drivers, combined with another fresh install. attempting to start all required processes separately with powershell, and making sure no razer processes are being blocked by my firewall. I have been dealing with this for over a month now and am getting extremely frustrated. I would appreciate any support/tips anyone is willing to provide. Thanks.
