Razer Synapse 3 Failed To Start

So basically i've been trying to fix my razer synapse 3 which always tells me failed to start and i tried everything even repairing and saw all the videos i could but the problem isn't getting fixed.. Razer Synapse Service doesn't seem to be working and i can't initiate it even tho i tried several times also tried to uninstall it and install it again and got no luck with that so i decided to do this because its not possible to contact razer..
