Razer Synapse 3 has no effect on the sound | Razer Insider

I recently noticed that the sound of my Razer Kraken Ultimate was kinda flat. So I went to Synapse and adjusted sound in equalizer with no change to the soud what so ever. All other options in Synapse are doing nothing. I have a feeling that my headset is using some other driver and I have no clue how to change them. Pls help

Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you connected the device to another USB port or computer? Please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps.

I have tried different USB port, but that did not help. I also reinstalled (cleanly) synapse 3 like three times already, but I can do it again I guess and I dont have any other PC then this one.

Please replicate the behavior by creating another local Windows account on your computer by following the steps below:
