Razer Synapse 3 installation error

I transferred my Windows 10 to a new ssd, after which Razer Synapse stopped working for me, so I decided to reinstall it. When I run the Razer Synapse Installer it opens cmd for a second and gives the error attached below in the screenshot. If i click ok it closes and nothing happens. What should i do?

You need to delete Synapse and then delete the folders associated with Synapse in appdata/local and in ProgramData. This is Windows Standart folder, razer cant delete them, but fot default it`s hiden, you must turn on showing the hiden objects in FileExplorer. Then restore the files using the Microsoft Visual C++ installer. Next, reboot your PC and install Synapse 3.
