Hey, I'm new to razer. I bought the razer basilisk essential and I installed everything. but for some reason none of it will load. I have the razer cortex on my screen but it wont open. what am I doing wrong?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Synapse-related concern here. Have your check whether your computer’s antivirus or firewall is blocking the Razer Synapse 3.0? Please check all Razer Synapse related settings under Services by right-clicking the start button at the bottom left and search "Services.msc".
