Razer Synapse 3 installer won't launch

Hello! I have owned razer for the entire time i've owned my computer, I own a Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard and it installed razer synapse on it. A while ago it stopped working so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but now the installer will not launch when I open it. I have tried uninstalling everything that has to do with razer on my pc, turning off firewall and windows defender, then restarting my pc but that wont work. I've also tried reconnecting my keyboard so that it will reinstall it but that hasent worked for me either. Are there any solutions to this? If so, please contact me on my discord.
