Razer Synapse 3 Light problem

When I use Razer Synapse 3, my Razer equipment light freeze.Especially in RazerFirefly. When I used Razer Synapse 2, I did not encounter such a problem.

I want to use Razer Synapse 3 very much but I cannot use it because of this problem.I started using Razer synapse 3 in 2019 but since then I have been encountering this issue
I am getting Server Access Unavalıable error, could this be the problem?
