Razer Synapse 3 - Lighting Effects are not contiguous across devices. | Razer Insider

Hi all

I own three razer products - Razer FireFly V2 / Razer Cynosa V2 / Razer Mamba Wireless and using Synapse 3 on Windows 10 Pro however what frustrates me the most is that the lighting effects (Quick Effects) for all these devices, despite using the same software, all vary drastically. They are not contiguous across all devices using the same software. I am using Razer Central 7.3.30.136 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.

For example, below are the lighting effects for each piece of Razer hardware:-

Razer FireFly V2 - Audio Meter / Breathing / Reactive / Spectrum Cycling / Static / Wave. NOTE: Wave allows you to change the direction of the lighting - clockwise or anti clockwise.

Razer Cynosa V2 - Ambient Awareness / Audio Meter / Breathing / Fire / Reactive / Ripple / Spectrum Cycling / Starlight / Static / Wave / Wheel. NOTE Wave on the keyboard only allows left to right or right to left, not clockwise or anti clockwise unlike the FireFly.

Razer Mamba Wireless - Audio Meter / Breathing / Reactive / Spectrum Cycling / Static.

This makes me ponder the following. Why are the same lighting options not available on all devices, as this seems to break the ecosystem when using multiple Razer hardware products. These devices are not cheap and as such the software should have the same lighting effects for all hardware. I find this very odd indeed.

I don't see the logic in these decisions at all and I hope that Razer releases updates to correct these issues.
