Razer Synapse 3 mic not working (**Nari Headset Problem**)

I have a Razer Nari and recently I did windows upgrade now my mic on my headset doesn't work but it works if I don't have Synapse 3 installed. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, delete razer folder, reinstall, even did a repair many times and my headset still doesn't work I also own a Razer Naga Mouse Can some please help me with this issue it seems to be software issue with the new Windows 10 1903.

    Hey there! Thanks for bringing your concern to the right support board. When did the Windows update happen? Does the issue happen when using the wireless dongle? Does the microphone work before the update on Razer Synapse 3.0? Are you also having difficulty using your Razer Naga mouse? What's your Razer Synapse 3.0 current version?

    I did a Windows Update last week. This issue happens with the dongle and wired. Yes, it worked before I installed Windows 10 1903. My Razer Naga mouse works fine with Synapse 3.0 just not my mic. I uninstalled Synapse 3.0 for now so I can use the mic for work, but yesterday I tried to reinstall it and it still didn't work.

    Does the issue only happen on your PC? Please check if your Windows 10 privacy settings for microphone allows your computer applications to use your Raze Nari's microphone. If the issue still persists, please send me a PM and let's continue there.
