Razer Synapse 3 no audio tab

Hello, I bought today Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones, downloaded Razer Synapse and also 7.1 Surround Sound but this app is only for enabling this option apperantly. In my Razer Synapse i don't have any tabs like other people on YT videos. I got only in top left SYNAPSE and below DASHBOARD, MODULES and GLOBAL SHORTCUTS. Any idea what's the problem?

      Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. The Razer Blackshark V2 X, Kraken 2019, and Kraken X are only compatible with 7.1 Surround Sound. Please be aware that Razer Synapse 2 and 3.0 detected USB-type headsets only. There will be an exception to Razer Kraken Tournament Edition. since it has a USB Audio controller, which converts the 3.5mm jack to a USB-enabled device. That's the reason why the Razer Razer Synapse 3.0 recognizes this model. Feel free to send me a PM or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
