Razer Synapse 3 no longer launches

Just out of the blue Synapse 3 no longer works. It'll give me the splash screen that it's starting up but then it just never actually runs. I've tried 3 clean installs and running the program as an Admin. Did they break it in an update or am I missing something? Kinda frustrating as my Tartarus is re-macro'd for an MMO and the macros don't function without Synapse 3 working.
