Hi guys,
I can't do my first login in Synapse because the software gives me "No network connectivity detected" error.
My network is up and running well.
Also, I've tried:
- Reboot pc e modem multiple times.
- Installed e reinstalled synapse multiple times
- Completely disabled every kind of antivirus and firewall
Nothing seems to work in order to get log in into the software.
Can anyone help me?

Hi, i have the same problem might guide me how to solve it
Same Problem over here. Id really like to configure my new trinity at least once, so the 1-12 buttons are not just the actual numbers. sent logs / screenshot and connectivity tracker already.
