I've had this issue with Synapse before but this is the first time it has been exceptionally annoying.
I recently got the Razer Huntsman Elite which is only compatible with Razer Synapse 3.
I presume Razer didn't think anybody was using their older software so they didn't bother making their newer devices compatible. Before this, I used the Razer Ornata Chroma which was compatible so I just used Synapse 2 since Synapse 3 was extremely buggy and had the not-detecting-anything issue.
What I need is either a way to get newer Razer devices to work with Synapse 2 or a fix for Synapse 3.
Razer Synapse 3 Not Detecting Anything

Newer devices will not be supported on Synapse 2 and some of the older devices will not be supported on Synapse 3. There have been many discussions about this and as we previously stated, older peripherals weren't exactly designed to work with the new architecture that the 3.0 is built on.
Anyways, Synapse not detecting a device usually has something to do with the device drivers. Try reinstalling the keyboard drivers of your Huntsman Elite. If the problem persists, feel free to send me a PM.
