Razer Synapse 3 Not Detecting Razer Devices

I was using razer synapse 3 perfectly until the next day none of my devices were detected and i already tried reinstalling razer synapse 3 , installing razer synapse 2 (ended up the same way), uninstalling all drivers from my devices and restarting my computer many times and also using different USB ports but nothing worked and for some reason the visualizer from razer synapse does work but it still doesn't detect the devices i am using.

    Do you mind listing all of the affected devices? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial numbers of each device via PM. Before anything else, I'd like to check if they are supported on Synapse 3.
