Razer Synapse 3 not installing

Awesomecal

I just received today my mouse Razer Basilisk V2, I have the old synapse 2.0 but it is not detecting the basilisk so I decided to install the synapse 3 but if I try to install it, it says Failed - Network error. I already deleted all my previous razer drivers and it still doesn't work. It sometimes says insufficient permission, i don't know what is wrong.
