razer synapse 3 not working

Need help. I already download "Razer Synapse 3" but after download and installation the Sign In Box did not popup or open. same as if i Click "Get Started" it won't open i don't have any idea why is not working when i click start. but when i try to reopen the Synapse the Box still not open and when i look at the task manager the apps said its running and working. i already reinstall, repair, modify and etc. but still not working on me. when Razer Synapse 2 my Razer Mamba elite wasn't Recognize by the apps. it only show the "Stats" icon and nothing else same problem with this video now i dont know what will i do to fix this problem. please i need help.

    The Mamba Elite isn't really supported on Synapse 2 and both mouse and keyboard drivers were most likely updated to cater to how Synapse 3 works after a successful installation. Which is why even the Ornata Chroma no longer appears in Synapse 2. Try to uninstall both apps then delete all the leftover files including the ones in Windows Registry as there may be some sort of conflict. Do send me a PM so I can help you sort things out.
