Razer Synapse 3 on offline usage

I recently bought Tartarus V2 to use at company, but I found the program even won`t let me install if you don`t have internet connection. since my company has strict security policy and internet connection isn`t allowed, there is no way to use this product atm. I also tried Synapse 2 offline mode but found it doesn`t support latest products. Can you please help me, like any walkaround? this is so painful.
