Razer Synapse 3 only starts in Backround

So, I have a strange problem: When I start Razer Synapse, it starts running in the backround or I have to login, or the loading screen starts, but everything I tried didnt worked out for me. What I tried:
  • Starting as an Administrator
  • Reinstalling Synapse 3
  • Reinstalling Synapse 2
  • Reinstalling Synapse 1 (worked)
Is there another way, to change the setting of my mouse? And how ?
