Razer Synapse 3 sliders broken (Audio Equalizer)

Hello, I just got my Razer Kraken BT Kitty headphones and since the audio with standard settings is pretty much garbage, I wanted to set custom options. The problem: When choosing the "Custom" option there is much more bass, its actually even too much. Now I wanted to change it, but Synapse doesn't care what I do. It will always have the same settings (tho the slider is on a completely different position. How can I fix this or when will this get fixed? Even my 20€ amazon headphones sound better right now
