Razer Synapse 3 Still Minimize to system tray STILL BROKEN!!!

Synapse version 3.5.1215.121019 Setting: Minimize to system tray on startup. Result: DOES NOTHING. Turning this setting on or off has no effect on startup what so ever. My computer is lightning fast.. so often times when i start it up I am already working on things and since Razer development sucks literally the last thing that loads on startup is Synapse. And I have been working on things for 30sec to a full minute sometimes and BAM... Razer synapse dashboard pops up. EVEN THOUGH the setting says that it shouldnt. Logitech G-Hub manages to pull this off quite nicely. I dont even see it. So why cant you guys Razer Fix this? Ive reported it several times in multiple places and feedback areas. Nothing has been done.

    The config file for the launcher is highly likely broken or corrupted. If a clean installation of the app doesn't help, you're more than welcome to send me a PM so I can help you troubleshoot. You can also set it up to have Windows start the app minimized by selecting "Minimized" in Synapse's Properties, as shown in the photo below. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
