Razer Synapse 3 Still not staying minimized to the system tray. Reported months ago.
When starting windows I have Razer Synapse 3 (v3.5.1130.111812) set to start when windows starts.

The setting below that states that the program should minimize to the system tray on startup. By comparison, Other products that say this do not even show up when windows starts. They simply launch and show up in the system tray. Razer Synapse however waits about 60 to 90 seconds after windows starts and then opens the dashboard over top whatever I am working on and stays there until I manually close it.
So in actuality, this setting actually does not do anything. Its just a toggle on or off that affects the program in no way what so ever. I have tried both off and on and the exact same situation presents itself every time. This happens on every computer I have it installed on. All running Windows 10.
I have reported this issue 6 times across this forum, reddit, and twitter and nothing has been done to fix it.

I have the same Synapse version, but in my case, although it shows a splash screen at startup, DOES minimize to the system tray after automatically. Since you get the same result in different computers, maybe you are using a third party program or setting in all of your computers that is causing the issue (something related to Windows user accounts, hibernation...).
If you don't find any other solution, maybe you can try this utility (I know it's not what you look for, but may help...)
