Razer Synapse 3 turns off my PC completely

after some troubleshooting my PC shutting down randomly, I took to notice it happened upon clicking my left mouse button. I have checked every possible thing that could be wrong until I uninstalled all my razer software. it worked with no issue, and now when I try to install razer Synapse or cortex my PC shuts down instantly.
