Razer Synapse 3 will not install!!!!

Hey so whenever I install razer synapse 3 i get an error code 461814. I have tried uninstalling all of my razer drivers and I have also deleted all of my razer files and tried to install after all of that but to no prevail. PLEASE HELP ME!

    Are you logged in to your computer as administrator? Also, try to temporarily disable your firewall and anti-virus programs installed on your computer. If you are still having the same issues, please send me a PM and let's start from there.
