Razer Synapse 3 Won't Install Error: Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)

This has been an on going problem for the last 2 months or so. I've been using the basilisk ultimate almost a year now and haven't had any problems with it until razer synapse decided to completely break itself and refuses to install no matter what I do.
It started with razer synapse 3 updating itself and then refusing to start up. Restarting the PC didn't work because it still refused to start up. Now I'd just ignore something like this but the fact that the lights are completely disabled on the mouse is annoying and then I also can't change my dpi settings.
I decided to CLEAN uninstall razer synapse 3 and then reinstall it. But now every time I click on the installer exe it just refuses to open and then I get a text file saying the following:
Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)
Wtf does that even mean?
Contacting Razer support is absolutely useless they just keep regurgitating the same stuff like disable anti virus, uninstall everything from the folders and registry etc. Despite doing all of that it still refused to start up.
Then I decided I'd open up the exe using 7zip and extract all of its contents manually into a separate folder. After doing that and clicking on the installer exe file now the installer finally opens up. However as it begins to install at about 13% or so I get an error message.

At this point I'm at my wits end with this problem. I really like this mouse and when razer synapse was working it was working great, then all of a sudden decided to break itself and I can't seem to fix it no matter what I do and razer support is absolutely no help at all in the matter. Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Apologies for the bad experience. Allow me to help. By the way, are you using your personal computer and connected to your home network? Have you tried isolating the issue by creating another Windows user account? If you haven't, please perform the following:

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Select Apps and Features.
3. Search for Razer.
4. Select Synapse.
5. Choose to uninstall.
6. "Uninstall" again.
7. Wait for the Razer menu to open, then select "Repair".
8. Wait for the repairing process to finish and restart once it prompts you.
9. Central services will request you to log in, then launch Razer Synapse.

Once the local account is created, please install Razer Synapse 3.0 through this link.

I managed to solve the problem by myself. The fact that razer support couldn't even grasp the problem at hand or even attempt solve or diagnose the error codes tells me a lot. There is a serious training problem with the employees working at razer support. It sucks because the products are decent but hampered by atrocious support.

Please pass this along to razer management as they need to do a better job at training their techs.
